The masterplan aims to provide a place for - health, play, socialising, entertainment, connectivity and business. It includes appartments, a shopping mall and offices amidst extensive parklands with a sequence of walkways, terraces, viewpoints and play areas which surround the lagoon. In the centre of the lagoon, the design of the shaded viewing terrace is inpired by the form of a lotus flower. It is sited in accordance with the principles of feng shui.
